FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — AutoNation will be holding a one-day hiring event on Tuesday, Jan. 10, the company announced. The event will take place throughout 15 cities across the country.
The company is hoping to fill thousands of sales and service positions. As far as pay plans go, the company stated that it will be offering base pay plus bonus and commission, paid training, paid time off and flexible work schedules.
“This is a great time to work for AutoNation, as the company recently announced expansion plans in every area of the business. Management from all stores in the participating markets will be at the hiring events in each city and will be extending offers on the spot,” read a statement from the company.
All new hires will start on Jan. 23 and will be simultaneously enrolled in the company’s recently launched “Sales Ignition” course, which is a paid training course that teaches new sales associates how to learn, practice and master their selling skills, according to the company.
