WASHINGTON, D.C. — Carvana is continuing its ongoing market expansion with its official launch in Washington, D.C., the company announced today. With the addition of Washington, D.C., the online pre-owned retailer now provides next-day delivery to nearly 103.5 million customers nationwide, including more than 13.2 million in the Washington, D.C. area.

Carvana offers consumers a completely online buying experienced, allow them to shop for, finance, purchase and trade in a vehicle from its online marketplace. The process, according to the company, takes less than 20 minutes to complete. The company also provides a 7-Day return policy for each vehicle they sell.
Carvana has delivered cars to customers in 46 states, and offers next-day delivery to residents in Atlanta; Austin; Birmingham; Charlotte; Dallas; Houston; Jacksonville; Miami; Nashville; Orlando; Raleigh; San Antonio; Tampa; Richmond; and now Washington D.C.
This expansion, according to the company, aligns perfectly with Carvana’s overall growth strategy, which includes expanding physical operations to new markets across the country, hiring talent to grow its team, and continuing to invest in customer experience-focused technology. During its initial launch in Washington, D.C., Carvana will be offering a full refund for any delivery fee paid.
