Lori A. Desjardins, Thomas P. Quinn, Jr. and Ryan S. Stinneford, all formerly with Pierce Atwood LLP, joined their banking and compliance practice with the Firm’s.
Lori Desjardins brings extensive experience in bank regulatory compliance involving deposit, credit, non-deposit investment products, cash management products and service agreements.
Tom Quinn is experienced with banks and non-depository financial service companies and their compliance with state and federal regulations affecting consumer lending, deposit products and privacy matters.
Ryan Stinneford’s practice includes state and federal regulatory compliance and bank regulatory matters. His experience also includes advising clients in all industries on marketing, advertising, privacy and data security issues.
